Job summary

Watsons Hong Kong is seeking a District Manager to lead a cluster of stores, driving strong sales, productivity, and customer experience across an O+O model. You will coach Store Managers, ensure brand standards, and deliver continuous improvements through data-driven analysis and hands-on leadership.

The role requires extensive field presence, strong people management, and the ability to translate strategy into concrete action across multiple outlets in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Drive district sales, productivity, and profitability through effective execution of commercial plans.
• Monitor sales, margin, shrinkage, and operational performance using a scientific and data-driven approach.
• Partner with Store Managers to identify opportunities and deliver continuous business improvement.
• Ensure consistent execution of company initiatives, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to improve operational compliance and customer experience.
• Act as the key escalation point for store operations and people-related matters.
• Support manpower planning to balance productivity, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and key supervisors to build a high-performing team.
• Foster collaboration across stores and stakeholders to achieve shared business goals.
• Champion a customer-focused mindset and support the growth of our O+O business model.
