Job summary

China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd is seeking an experienced Structural/ Civil Engineer to lead planning and coordination of major structural works for property development projects. The role requires liaising with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery in line with project requirements.

You will review drawings, submissions, and method statements, monitor site progress and safety, and coordinate design changes and technical clarifications.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Structural / Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Member of HKIE / IStructE or equivalent
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of project management experience, solid track record working with major property developer or consultant on large-scale local projects
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, detailing and project coordination
• Experience in site supervision, technical coordination and project administration
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
