The Chinese Permanent Cemeteries in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned HR & Administration leader to shape strategy and governance across the organization. You will oversee HR and administrative operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving efficiency.
You will lead compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, training and engagement, while directing digitalisation of processes and seeking continuous improvement. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
Major Responsibilities:
Play a strategic role in overseeing our human resources and administrative operations.
Develop and execute progressive HR strategies aligning with organizational objectives, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Lead compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, training, and employee engagement programs.
Oversee overall office administration, procurement and facilities management.
Direct digitalisation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance administrative efficiency.
Serve as an advisor to senior management on organizational development and regulations compliance.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing HR and Administration team.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of professional HR and administrative management experience, with at least 5 years in a management role an advantage.
Deep knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and relevant regulatory frameworks and governance practices.
Excellent strategic analytical skills, strong leadership, and outstanding communication skills.
