Job summary

Aussco Hong Kong Limited, a fashion and lifestyle group based in Hong Kong with operations across Hong Kong and China, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment in HK and China, support Cambodia and Vietnam, advise on salary benchmarks, and collaborate with hiring managers to define roles while leveraging LinkedIn, JobsDB, 51job, Liepin and BOSS Zhipin to source top talents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a talent acquisition specialist in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing/engineering market segments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in advanced sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn, JobsDB, 51job, Liepin, BOSS Zhipin.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Handle end-to-end recruitment process in Hong Kong and China

Assist recruitment process in Cambodia and Vietnam

Partner closely with hiring managers/ department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives, define job requirements, role expectations, selection criteria and potential candidate profiles and follow up

Advise on salary benchmarks to align hiring decisions with industry standards

Familiar with recruitment trends and sourcing platforms that work across different regions

Prepare regular HR reports and assist in data analysis

Contribute to implementing strategic HR initiatives and deliver assigned departmental projects aligned with business growth

Support monthly payroll, final payment, employee benefits, leave management, MPF administration, tax return filing

Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:
