Job summary

Aussco Hong Kong Limited, a fashion and lifestyle group based in Hong Kong with operations across Hong Kong and China, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment in HK and China, support Cambodia and Vietnam, advise on salary benchmarks, and collaborate with hiring managers to define roles while leveraging LinkedIn, JobsDB, 51job, Liepin and BOSS Zhipin to source top talents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a talent acquisition specialist in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing/engineering market segments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in advanced sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn, JobsDB, 51job, Liepin, BOSS Zhipin.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment in Hong Kong and China.
• Assist recruitment processes in Cambodia and Vietnam.
• Partner with hiring managers/ department heads to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Advise on salary benchmarks to align with industry standards.
• Prepare regular HR reports and assist data analysis.
• Contribute to implementing strategic HR initiatives and departmental projects.
