New World Development Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting and business partnering for HK property developments. You will manage monthly P&L reporting with accuracy, and deliver analytical insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Collaborating with group finance and stakeholders, you will develop presentations and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years in corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business partnering.
• Exposure to property-related sector would be an advantage.
• Solid FP&A knowledge with strong BI in a commercial context.

Responsabilités

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting aligned with group finance strategies.
• Manage monthly P&L reporting for HK property development with accuracy and deliver insights for decisions.
• Support Finance Business Partner function to analyze data and provide actionable insights and develop financial strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on Group finance projects and develop management presentations and reports with recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with group finance strategies and business objectives.
• Manage monthly P&L reporting on HK property developing with accuracy and completeness and deliver analytical insights to support business decisions.
• Support Finance Business Partner function for designated Business Units to analyse deeply into operational and financial data and metrics, identify business challenges, and provide insights and actionable solutions to develop financial strategies.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders on Group finance projects and initiatives, and develop management presentations and reports with insightful analysis and recommendations

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 3 years or above of relevant experience in Corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business partnering
• Exposure to property-related sector would be an advantage, but is not essential
• Solid FP&A knowledge and high business intelligence in commercial context.
• Experience in system implementation and transformation project will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion & Power BI is preferred.
• Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for appointment at Manager level
