The role focuses on nurturing existing relationships, developing business plans, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures while delivering data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, Aviation, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation-related companies, with business development or sales background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented mindset with analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage business stakeholders, including airlines, freight forwarding companies and direct customers, to promote the HKIA Logistics Park (HKIALP) project, drive adoption and follow up on initiatives to facilitate volume development
• Nurture relationships with current customers to expand business
• Monitor volume performance and proactively follow up to ensure targets are met
• Formulate and implement business development plans and develop new services
• Take the lead in preparing internal formalities, including papers, circulars and data analyses, to ensure compliance with internal procedures and requirements
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats
