Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking a motivated professional to contribute to digital transformation at Hong Kong International Airport. The role centers on Flight Token enhancements, coordinating with airlines, and delivering data-driven project outcomes.

The candidate will support requirements gathering, testing, and on-site implementation while collaborating across teams to ensure successful integration and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, aviation management, digital business or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience; airline system integration and AI tools are advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Creative, adaptable with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a quality assurance mindset.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing and delivery of Flight Token enhancements.
• Coordinate with airlines in Flight Token integration and onboarding.
• Support data collection and analysis for Flight Token projects and monitor KPIs.
• Liaise with stakeholders for site walks, demonstrations and tours.
• Assist day-to-day project lifecycle, including detailed requirements gathering, testing and on-site implementation.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing and delivery of Flight Token enhancement projects, including Walkthrough e-Boarding Gates at Terminal 2 Concourse, Family Channels at e-Security Gates, T1 Self-Bag Drop rejuvenation, Self-Transfer App, Smartphone Bag Drop Lockers and other digital transformation initiatives
• Coordinate with airlines in the Flight Token integration and onboarding pipeline to support system integration and adoption
• Support data collection and analysis for Flight Token-related projects to ensure system performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate site walks, visits, demonstrations and tours for Flight Token projects
• Support the day-to-day project lifecycle, including detailed requirements gathering, solution testing and on-site implementation
• Monitor project budgets and expenditure to ensure financial compliance and effective budget management

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management, Digital Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, with hands-on experience in airline system integration, different AI tools, User Interface and User Experience design, etc. considered an advantage
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
• Open-minded, creative and adaptable, with strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality assurance mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and analytical tools such as Power BI
