Job summary

Prudential plc in Hong Kong is looking for an experienced professional to execute MDRT recognition programs and incentive campaigns. You will organize agent training and use analytics to track performance, driving MDRT growth and agency productivity.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, familiarity with PowerBI/Databricks, and the ability to communicate in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage. Independence and proactive execution are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency management, agency reward/incentives, agency events or similar.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data segmentation knowledge and reporting using analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute motivational, recognition and incentive programs and events to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity.
• Organize training programs and events to target agent segments to develop potential and existing MDRT members.
• Conduct data analysis to track performance metrics to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity.
• Provide administration support to MDRT campaigns and MDRT membership registration.
• Assist manager to design tailor-made incentive campaigns to boost the number of MDRT members.
