Job summary

Prudential Services Asia in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Manager to support the Agent Recruitment team with intelligence and insights on recruitment matters, enabling effective planning and growth. You will execute recruitment initiatives, coordinate campaigns and events with agency partners, review performance against KPIs, and design materials for outreach.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in life insurance agency recruitment or related functions.
• MCV market experience is preferable.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment initiatives by guiding agency force to align with company strategies.
• Collaborate with team to run recruitment campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate recruitment projects and events, including services and facilities.
• Develop recruitment kits, PowerPoint materials, and digital channels; craft articles and scripts.
• Handle daily enquiries from agency force.
• Support ad-hoc projects/workforce needs.

This role will support the Agent Recruitment team in terms of providing intelligence and insights on recruitment matters in order to allow good planning and to facilitate recruitment campaign. Support the recruitment team to drive recruitment growth by working closely with agency force to achieve the desire recruitment result. Execute recruitment events/activities, executive development programme or related recruitment projects. Reviews agency performance and relevant companywide KPIs and identify agency recruitment needs.

Job Requirements Bachelor degree in any discipline. Minimum of 7 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency recruitment, agency reward / incentives, agency events or other agency channel function Experienced in MCV market is preferable Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation capabilities Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
