Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking an Account Manager for the assigned agencies. You will drive business growth through KPI study and full execution, while partnering with agency leaders to implement strategies.

You will build and monitor an agency management model, enhance agency quality, and develop people within the Zone. You will ensure alignment with Prudential's goals, values, and fast-paced requirements across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• University degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 8 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management.
• Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple business functions.
• Proven people and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth (APE, MDRT, Recruitment, Active Ratio) through deep KPI study and full execution.
• Provide constructive ideas to agency leaders and collaborate with business enablers.
• Build professional agency management model through active involvement in planning meetings.
