Prudential Financial, Inc in Hong Kong seeks a skilled professional to execute recognition programs, motivational activities and incentive campaigns for MDRT growth and agency productivity.

You will organize training, analyze performance data, create reports and dashboards, and support MDRT membership registration.

Candidates should have a bachelor degree, 5+ years in life insurance, strong analytics, and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance agency channel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of event management and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI, Databricks is an advantage.
• Excellent writing skill in both English and Chinese.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Knowledge in insurance industry and agency structure.
• Candidates with less experience will be considering as Senior Officer.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize analytics tools and data visualization techniques to create reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Provide administration support to MDRT campaign and MDRT membership registration.
• Assist manager to design tailor-made incentive campaigns to boost the number of MDRT members.
