Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking to support the Agent Recruitment team by providing intelligence and insights on recruitment matters to enable good planning and to facilitate recruitment campaigns. This role will drive recruitment growth by working closely with the agency force to achieve recruitment targets.

You will execute recruitment events and related projects, review agency performance and KPIs, and identify agency recruitment needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in life insurance agency recruitment.
• Experience with agency rewards/incentives and agency events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment initiatives by providing guidance, support and direction to agency force to ensure the alignment of the company’s strategies.
• Work closely with the team to execute recruitment campaigns and promotion. Coordinate recruitment projects/initiatives and recruitment events/activities, service & facilities.
• Explore and develop new recruitment activity, prepare recruitment kits, PowerPoint materials, digital recruitment channels, articles, recruitment scripts for agency managers.
• Handle daily enquiries from agency force.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/workforce as required.

This role will support the Agent Recruitment team in terms of providing intelligence and insights on recruitment matters in order to allow good planning and to facilitate recruitment campaign.

Support the recruitment team to drive recruitment growth by working closely with agency force to achieve the desire recruitment result. Execute recruitment events/activities, executive development programme or related recruitment projects. Reviews agency performance and relevant companywide KPIs and identify agency recruitment needs.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency recruitment, agency reward / incentives, agency events or other agency channel function
• Experienced in MCV market is preferable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation capabilities
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
