Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance agency channel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of event management and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI, Databricks is an advantage.
• Excellent writing skill in both English and Chinese.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Knowledge in insurance industry and agency structure.
• Candidates with less experience will be considering as Senior Officer.

Responsibilities

• To execute motivational, recognition and incentive programs and events to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity.
• Organize training programs and events to target agent segments to develop potential and existing MDRT members.
• Conduct data analysis to track performance metrics to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity.
• Utilize analytics tools and data visualization techniques to create reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Provide administration support to MDRT campaign and MDRT membership registration.
• Assist manager to design tailor-made incentive campaigns to boost the number of MDRT members.
