Job summary

HKUMed – The University of Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager (Administrative Assistant I/II level) to drive teaching and learning projects using novel educational technologies, including simulation and Generative AI. The role requires coordinating with senior academics, staff, and students in a fast-paced university environment.

The appointee will lead project work with a focus on innovation in classrooms and laboratories, and may be appointed as Manager for less experienced

Qualifications

• a good university degree with at least 10 years’ work experience in higher education or related field.
• excellent command of English and Chinese with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• track record of successful project management; knowledge of educational technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• drive teaching and learning projects with senior academics on novel educational technologies in classroom and lab settings.
• engage with teaching staff, technicians, and students to deploy new tools and approaches in learning.
