Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years in property/facility management, fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; HKDSEE/HKCEE Level 2 in five subjects or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' full-time experience in property/facility management.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Good PC knowledge including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations, supervising Security, Cleaning, Customer Services, and Maintenance.
• Coach and supervise on-site staff.
• Handle clients' enquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
