Synergis Management Services Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic professional to fill the post of Assistant Facility Manager. The role oversees daily operations acrossSecurity, Cleaning, Customer Services and Maintenance, and requires strong staff supervision and client liaison.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years in property/facility management, fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or above; HKDSEE/HKCEE Level 2 in five subjects or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' full-time experience in property/facility management.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Good PC knowledge including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• To handle daily operations, including monitoring duty teams such as Security, Cleaning, Customer Services, and Maintenance;
• To coach and supervise the performance of on-site staff;
• To handle clients' enquiries, requests, and complaints; and
• To handle duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor degree or above; obtained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or HKCEE;
• At least 3 years' full-time working experience in property / facility management;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin; and
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office.
