Job summary

ISS Hong Kong Services Limited invites applications for a Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer – Repair & Maintenance to lead maintenance planning and oversee on-site works. What you’ll do

• Formulate and manage maintenance plans
• Supervise maintenance works done by technicians and contractors
• Perform inventory management of maintenance tools and spare parts
• On duty for day race meeting and back up technician
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Certificate or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ building services maintenance experience
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferred

• Knowledge on PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
• Strong sense of accountability, result oriented and customer focused
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
