Job summary

What you’ll do

Responsible for providing excellent customer services at a Grade-A office building at Central

Concierge desk operation such as visitors’ registration and handling customers’ enquirie

Proactively handling customers’ enquiries and complaints

Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Higher Diploma or above

Preferably 1 year or above working experience in hospitability or customer services

Personal skills you excel

Good communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels

Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability

Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Immediate available is an advantage
