Job summary

ISS Hong Kong Services Limited is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead on-site operations for client facilities. You will oversee security, cleaning, landscaping, and coordinate with leasing teams on events.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in property management; bilingual English and Chinese communications are essential; certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Experience supervising security, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Ability to assist with leasing and events.
• Property management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and tenants.
