Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong is seeking a Facilities Officer to oversee daily operations and maintenance across properties. The role involves supervising vendors, coordinating repairs, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, with a focus on client service and efficient building performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Facility Management or related field, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 2–4 years in commercial property or facility management.
• REW certificate (Grade A or B) preferred; CFM or similar qualifications advantageous.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance for assigned properties.
• Manage outsourced vendors, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Process work orders and coordinate with engineering teams or contractors for timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations (Electricity Ordinance, Fire Services Ordinance) and assist with safety drills.
• Assist in budget preparation, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support on-site events, site management, and client relations.
• Prepare monthly facility operation reports and KPI dashboards.
