Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club seeks an Assistant External Affairs Manager to lead CARE Volunteer Team initiatives and coordinate community engagement. You will plan and drive volunteer programs, liaise with NGOs, and support corporate communications across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/event management or public relations.
• Strong English and Chinese written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement community events and CARE volunteer initiatives.
• Develop long-term CARE strategy and strengthen ambassadors.
• Engage community partners and NGOs for suitable services.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain CARE membership database and reports.
• Support expansion of sports-related services aligned with Club goals.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors.
