Job summary

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Concierge to join our Concierge team. Based at The Landmark, you will oversee daily operations and supervise staff to ensure exceptional guest service.

You will respond to guest inquiries, arrange transportation and luggage, and communicate local events to the team. Strong English and Chinese skills and a guest-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Concierge Operations.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken in English and Chinese.
• Superior guest resolution and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• To assist Chief Concierge in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Concierge Department
• Observes and ensures that all colleagues are performing their duties in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures
• Achieve maximum guest satisfaction and adhere to the quality standards required by the hotel
• Constantly stay updated with the events happening in Hong Kong and ensures it is communicated amongst the team.
• Handles guests’ feedback or complaints and provide appropriate resolutions in a timely manner
• Organize all transportation requirements and luggage arrangements for hotel guests
• Ensure that the Concierge Desk information is always up to date
• Demonstrate exceptional guest recognition in hotel lobby & entrance
