Job summary

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join The Concierge team. Based in Hong Kong, you will handle enquiries and provide guest services at the level expected from a luxury property, reporting to the Chief Concierge.

You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, arrange transportation, and ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences, using strong English and Chinese communication in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experiences in guest services or hotels.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese.
• Dynamic and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and enthusiastic arrival and departure experience.
• Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and lobby area.
• Assist guests with carrying luggage within hotel premises.
• Deliver and collect luggage from/to guest rooms.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and direct to destinations.
• Demonstrate exceptional guest recognition in lobby and entrance.
