Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Housekeeper to join the Housekeeping team. You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure standards, and support the Executive Housekeeper in managing guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper to organise and maintain high standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform daily inspection of all public areas, guest rooms, exterior and back-of-house areas.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Help manage departmental budget and control labor and operating costs through planning and inventory control.
• Supervise contractors and liaise with cleaning staff to ensure schedules are met and standards upheld.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire policies and procedures.
• Identify training needs and conduct team trainings.
• Assist in managing performance of the Housekeeping team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head.
