Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations Department within the Reservations (Cluster Service) team. You will oversee daily operations, develop your team and maintain high standards of guest service in a luxury environment.

Based at The Landmark in Hong Kong, the role offers collaboration with Revenue Management, Sales and Catering, a focus on delivering excellence, and opportunities to contribute to the hotel's selling

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Business Management, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• 3 years relevant experience preferably in luxury hotel.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
