Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry.
• Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and inter-personal skills
• Willingness to wear uniform and work on shift and overtime
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Responsibilities

• Oversee concierge counters at LANDMARK, delivering exceptional service to tenants, customers and the public.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotional activities to boost guest engagement.
• Support the Concierge Lead with ad hoc tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a neat uniform and provide professional hospitality service.
