Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Strategic Development to drive programme initiatives and stakeholder collaboration. You will plan milestones, monitor progress and compile reports for senior management.

The role requires strong data analysis, Mandarin/Chinese word processing skills, and hands-on experience in marketing, business development or project management within tech-focused environments. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, account management or programme management.
• Prior experience in Innovation & Technology industry/or entrepreneurship related areas is an added advantage.
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered.
• Solid experience in serving both public sector and commercial sector is preferable.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track milestones for programmes, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve objectives and provide regular status reviews.
• Coordinate and organize promotional and knowledge-sharing activities for the Strategic Development Team.
• Assist the preparation of press releases and publicity materials to boost visibility of initiatives.
• Work with account managers and internal teams to support account and business development activities.
• Manage data portal and compile reports on a regular basis for management review of progress.
• Collaborate with team leaders on annual budget preparation and monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme and initiatives, by conducting milestone planning and tracking, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the set objectives, providing regular status reviews and reports, as well as risk and issue management

• Coordinate and organize various promotional and knowledge-sharing activities and events for the Strategic Development Team

• Assist the preparation of press releases and publicity materials to enhance visibility of programme initiatives and results

• Work with account managers and internal teams to support and keep track on the account and business development activities

• Manage data portal and compile reports on regular basis for management to review the account development statuses and progress of target achievements

• Work with team leaders in preparing and monitoring the annual budget
