Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and operational matrix, business case and profitability analysis to justify Capex/Opex investment and facilitate funding approval.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management, including identifying trends, risk and opportunities.
• Monitor business performance and support the Business Unit to drive business performance, strategic initiatives and meet annual targets.
• Manage financial accounting activities, including month‑end closing, journal posting, internal recharging and monthly reporting.
• Comply with appropriate business processes and accounting best practices to maintain and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of related experience; e‑Commerce/retail/loyalty reward program experience preferred but not required.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, independent, and committed, with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Oracle/Hyperion/AI experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Less working experience may also be considered for a Senior Accountant role.
