Pollon Life Resources Management (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead daily accounting operations, assist in monthly close, and manage cash flow in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, HKICPA/ACCA student membership, and at least four years in-house finance experience, with potential for Senior Accounting Officer consideration. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Student member of accounting bodies such as HKICPA/ACCA.
• At least 4-year proven experience in in-house finance role, with one to two years of assistant manager or senior role.
• Sound knowledge of financial products.
• A candidate with less experience will be considered for the Senior Accounting Officer role.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily accounting operations including preparing vouchers, cheques, bank receipts, payment transactions, cash flow etc.
• Handle the monthly accounts closing
• Liaise with external parties, including private bankers
• Perform cash management and working capital planning as instructed by the management
• Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis
• Prepare regular and ad hoc analytical reports required by the management
• Report to the management regularly (monthly, quarterly and annually) on financial status
• Other reasonable ad-hoc duties whenever necessary (flexible to solve problem during non-office hour as required by senior management)

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business

- Student member of accounting bodies such as HKICPA/ACCA

- At least 4-year proven experience in in-house finance role,with one to two years of experience of assistant manager or senior role

- Sound knowledge of financial products

- A candidate with less experience will be considered for the Senior Accounting Officer role

- Proficient in PC and smartphone applications, including MS Office, meeting software and Chinese Word Processing (in both traditional and simplified Chinese)

- Able to work under pressure

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good analytical mind, well-organized, responsible, independent and able to meet tight schedules

- Self-motivated, quick learner and willing to embrace challenges

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

- PRC exposure background is preferred

- Immediate available or short notice period is highly preferred
