Job summary

International Finance Centre Management Co Ltd is seeking a qualified accountant to lead finance operations and support a digital transformation initiative. The role involves assisting with system enhancements, preparing management reports and budgets, and coordinating month-end and year-end closings with proper supporting documentation.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in accounting/finance or audit, strong Excel skills, and experience in coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a Degree in Accountancy or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience: 5–7 years in accounting/finance and/or audit, with 2–3 years in month-end/year-end closing.
• Hands-on with finance operations and managing people in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience in real estate or property management is advantageous.
• Experience in Oracle and SUN is highly advantageous.

Job description

This position will be responsible for various assignments in Finance department and Digitalization project.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in existing accounting system enhancement and digital transformation implementation.

Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and other ad-hoc reporting required by supervisor.

Assist in preparation of management report and annual budget.

Assist to perform month-end and year end closing. Ensure all monthly and year end journals are prepared properly with valid supporting.

Oversee outstanding profit & loss and balance sheet items and follow up with various departments.

Prepare monthly cashflow projection.

Participating in billing processes typically involves.

Job Requirements

Qualified accountant with a Degree in Accountancy or other relevant disciplines.

At least 5 to 7 years of relevant accounting/finance experiences and / or audit experiences with at least 2-3 years' in handling month-end/year-end closing.

Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible. assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced excel skills and experience in real estate or property management service industry is a clear advantage.

Experience in Oracle and SUN would be highly advantageous.

The role involves frequent liaising with various parties such as inter-department, property managers and auditors, hence good verbal and written communication skills are required.
