This role supports full-set accounting, month-end close, and collaboration across departments to enhance financial reporting and data accuracy using AI-enabled solutions.

Based in Hong Kong, this position offers exposure to intercompany transactions, statutory accounts, and external audits within a reputable maritime services group with a 50+ year heritage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance operations experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Familiar with Copilot, Power Query, Power Automate or similar automation tools.
• Interest in AI/automation to improve efficiency and reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting operations including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of management reports and reporting packages.
• Provide day-to-day accounting support and coordinate cross-departmental inquiries.
• Assist in leveraging finance systems, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline processes.
• Provide ad hoc accounting and administrative support to the finance team.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and statutory accounts.
• Support senior staff with liaising with external auditors during year-end reviews and audits.
