Sleek Tech Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a senior accounting leader to elevate our HK accounting operations. You will mentor accountants, drive AI-powered automation, and ensure flawless financial compliance across client portfolios.

The role requires HK CPA/ACCA qualifications, 5+ years of accounting experience including 2 years in a supervisory position, and strong knowledge of HKFRS, SME-FRS and tax laws. Remote work flexibility is available with collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in CPA firm, professional services, or outsourcing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HKFRS, SME-FRS, HK tax laws, and HK Companies Ordinance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of accountants and Team Leaders.
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations to reduce manual tasks.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts preparation.
• Coordinate Hong Kong tax filings and liaise with the IRD.
• Champion AI-driven tools to improve accuracy and efficiency in accounting routines.
• Manage client portfolios and act as the main point of contact for service issues.
