Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Copilot, Power Query, Power Automate or similar tools is a plus.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve efficiency and reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting operations including intercompany transactions.
• Support month-end closing and prepare management reports and vouchers.
• Coordinate with departments on finance-related inquiries and data accuracy.
• Assist in financial statements preparation and liaise with auditors.
• Leverage AI/automation tools to streamline processes and improve reporting.
