CHIMBUSCO PAN NATION is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Hong Kong. You will handle daily AR receipt processing, reconcile accounts, coordinate financing arrangements, and support bank communications.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, 1–3 years AR experience (fresh grads welcome), strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus; five-day work week and medical insurance

• Basic understanding of accounts receivable, invoicing, and treasury operations.

• Good communication across departments (Sales, Operations, Credit).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily AR receipts and update AR reports.
• Arrange receivables related financing transactions.
• Prepare accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Coordinate courier deliveries for bank documents.
• Liaise with banks regarding remittances and inquiries.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveAssistant Accountant to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for daily receipt processing, AR reconciliation, financing arrangement, bank communications, documentation management, and other finance operational support activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely recording of receivables and maintaining efficient AR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Providedaily accounting supportforAccounts Receivable, update and maintain daily AR reports and receivable databases.

Arrange receivables related financing transactions.

Prepare accounting vouchersand documentation.

Maintain and reconcilemonthly bank statementsto ensure accuracy.

Arrangecourier deliveriesfor bank-related documents securely and efficiently.

Liaise with banks regarding incoming remittances and exceptional enquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.

1-3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Basic understanding ofaccounts receivable, invoicing, and treasury operationsis a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, and Credit).

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
