Job summary

r-pac Hong Kong Ltd is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to monitor collections, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve billing queries. The role involves inputting receipts, generating aging reports, and coordinating with internal teams.

Fresh graduates welcome, with a focus on team collaboration and accuracy. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or LC2 or above, solid Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and preferably experience with ERP/Flex Accounting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or LC course level (2nd level) or above.
• Familiar with computerized accounting systems and proficient PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in ERP / Flex Accounting is an advantage.
• 1 year or more accounts receivable experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer payment collection status and follow up overdue debts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries.
• Prepare and input receipt vouchers.
• Update aging reports for collection status.
• Send monthly statements/invoices to customers.
• Arrange courier for cheque payments and prepare bank-in lists.
• Manage stationery orders.
• Support the team when necessary.

Job Requirement:

Diploma or L.C.C. second level or above.

Familiar with computerized accounting system and proficient PC skills especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook.

Experience in ERP / Flex Accounting system is an advantage

1 year or more accounts receivable experience is an advantage

A strong team player with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking , Energetic individual and able to work under pressure
