Job summary

Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd seeks an experienced accounting professional to handle accounts payable and general ledger duties, ensuring accuracy and timely close from its Quarry Bay office. You will coordinate with cross-border teams and support treasury activities.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on accounting, familiarity with SAP, and fluent English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus, and a five-day work week with competitive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA/ACCA is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on accounting experience including full sets of accounts.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP and General Ledger processes with invoice validation, reconciliations and batch payments.
• Support month-end closing with PL, balance sheets, accruals and variance analysis.
• Manage treasury and online banking, including bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
• Coordinate HK and PRC operation teams to align AP processes.
• Drive process improvements and system automation projects for efficiency.

Job description

Handle AP & General Ledger: Execute accounts payable operations (invoice validation, reconciliations, batch payments) and maintain general ledger accuracy.

Support Month-End Closing: Prepare operational PL, balance sheet schedules, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis reports.

Manage Treasury & Online Banking: Operate corporate online banking platforms for payment, fund transfers, cash flow tracking, and perform bank reconciliations.

Coordinate HK & PRC Operation Team: Partner with cross-border teams to align AP processes.

Drive Process Improvements: Assist in process streamlines and system automation projects for efficiency enhancement.

Requirements

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

Professional qualification holder of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in accounting, with exposure to full sets of accounts preferred.

Knowledge in SAP is an asset.

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
