Zusammenfassung

Complex Asia, a leading global youth entertainment network, seeks a Director of VIP, Celebrity & Stakeholder Relations for Asia. This strategic, externally-facing role partners with the CEO to cultivate relationships with celebrities, athletes, officials, sponsors, and cultural leaders across Asia, guiding VIP programs, engagement strategies, and high-level partnerships.

The position emphasizes VIP and Super VIP hospitality, executive engagement, and discreet, proactive relationship management

Qualifikationen

10+ years in VIP/celebrity relations or related fields.
Proven experience with high-profile individuals and organizations.
Established network across entertainment, media, government, luxury, and culture is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

Serve as strategic partner to the CEO across Asia and manage VIP/celebrity relations.
Design personalized engagement plans for VIPs, celebrities, and stakeholders.
Lead government/public affairs engagements and build partnerships with policymakers and tourism boards.
Oversee VIP event experiences and hospitality programs for ComplexCon, Family Style, and other events.
Coordinate artist management support and contingency planning for requests and preferences.
Develop year‑round stakeholder engagement programs and identify opportunities for strategic collaborations.
