Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Head of VIP, Asia to lead and grow Kraken’s VIP presence across the region. • 7+ years in VIP relationship management or related fields, with crypto experience.
• Proven leadership to guide a small team while staying hands-on.
• Strong network among Asia’s crypto HNWIs, traders, and family offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop VIP relationship managers in Asia.
• Own strategic client relationships and drive revenue opportunities.
• Build the regional VIP growth operating model and partnerships.
• Represent Asia's VIP client voice to product, compliance, and risk.
• Design regional programming and manage introducer/referral partnerships.
