Qualifications

5+ years of distinguished experience in ultra-luxury 5-star hotel VIP hospitality or luxury client development.
Executive presence with discretion in engaging UHNW individuals and international executives.
Native Cantonese, fluent business English, and Mandarin; strong team coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate high-touch client experiences across boutique activations, private viewings, and bespoke salon events.
Cultivate long-term VIP loyalty through personalized outreach, gifting, and concierge care.
Coach frontline sales teams to deliver world-class VIP service using luxury hospitality standards.
Drive client development and loyalty programs with data-informed segmentation and retention tactics.
Serve as a brand ambassador embodying the maison’s prestige in client-facing and corporate activities.
