Job summary
PERSOL is seeking a VIP Relations Executive for high-end events and corporate hospitality in Hong Kong Island. Plan VIP receptions for senior executives, government officials and partners, and create customized visit itineraries with concise presentations of the company's initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- 3+ years in VIP hospitality, events or luxury guest services.
- Experience with government delegations or C-suite guests.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Strong etiquette, dining and premium service standards.
- Experience with MS Office; basic design skills a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan VIP reception experiences for senior executives and guests.
- Create customized itineraries and presentations for company initiatives.
- Coordinate executive meetings, receptions, and events.
- Manage full event lifecycle from planning to post-event evaluation.
- Oversee on-site operations and guest experience at the venue.
- Coordinate vendors, procurement, inventory and resources.
- Develop service standards and hospitality protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless VIP visits.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and urgent operational issues.
