Jupiter Prestige Group in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to act as liaison between stakeholders, onsite Project Management teams and our artwork studio, managing artwork approvals via the online system.

You will collate briefs, interface with client PMs, estimate costs for artwork and repro, monitor progress against critical paths, and ensure clear communication of amends to the studio.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective team player with a positive, proactive approach.
• Ability to prioritize workload against critical path deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks.

Responsabilités

• Receive, interpret and collate elements for artwork studio briefs.
• Liaise with onsite Project Managers to record in internal system.
• Estimate and collate costs for artwork and repro.
• Monitor artwork progress and align with critical paths and printer dates.
• Act as gatekeeper in the client information system to resolve issues.
• Brief back amendments/approvals ensuring clarity to the studio.
