Li & Fung is seeking an experienced Packaging Artwork Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead artwork governance and ensure alignment of product USPs with packaging challenges. You will collaborate with suppliers, designers, and merchandisers to maintain standards and drive timely, compliant packaging across categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Graphic Communication, Print Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing packaging design and print production processes; experience in the European retail industry is an advantage.
• Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and enforce artwork governance frameworks, standards, and guidelines across suppliers and product categories.
• Ensure product USPs and key selling messages are reflected in packaging artwork from the outset.
• Provide leadership on artwork-related decisions, balancing brand, compliance, and commercial considerations.
• Facilitate collaboration between suppliers, merchandisers, design partners, and internal stakeholders to reduce ambiguity and rework.
• Drive disciplined planning of artwork timelines, improving briefing quality and upfront validation to achieve timely delivery.
• Identify risks, conduct root-cause analysis, and escalate with clear, solution-oriented recommendations.
