Job summary

Activation Marketing Limited is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Project/Account Manager across planning, production and on-site management. You will coordinate with design and technical teams, suppliers and contractors to keep projects on track and ensure smooth execution.

You will also handle administrative tasks, online sourcing, venue scouting, site recce and documentation, taking ownership of day-to-day duties and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team player to support Project/ Account Manager on day-to-day project management tasks from project planning, production to onsite management
• Act as a gatekeeper to coordinate with design and technical team as well as suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth project execution and operation
• Support and handle administrative work and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Project/ Account Manager such as online sourcing, venue sourcing, site recce, documentation, etc.
