Job summary

RecruitFirst Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator for luxury retail interior design projects. You will coordinate across clients, suppliers, contractors and internal design teams to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities include technical review of drawings, documentation and reporting, tender analysis, design and technical support, and regular site supervision to ensure quality and adherence to global luxury standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of solid experience in interior decoration and fitting-out projects, with luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp; familiarity with quantity surveying in interior projects is a distinct advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proactive team player with high self-motivation and organizational skills, capable of working independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Manage communication across clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal design teams to keep projects on track.
• Technical Review: Inspect architectural and interior drawings in detail, identifying and rectifying discrepancies with precision.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain complete project documentation, handle correspondence, and deliver status updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Commercial & Tendering: Review tender submissions, quotations, and project timelines while preparing comprehensive analysis reports.
• Design & Technical Support: Produce and manage full sets of drawings, technical specifications, presentation materials, and practical solutions for project delivery.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design standards.
