Hong Kong Arts Development Council invites applications for an 18-month fixed-term role to assist supervisors in the grant scheme review, conduct research, and support planning and implementation. The role requires coordination with council members, partners, applicants and grantees, plus providing team guidance.
Candidates should hold a university degree with 4+ years of experience, strong English/Chinese communication, and solid analytical and organizational skills.
To assist the supervisors in conducting grant scheme review, including undertaking research, planning and implementation work;
To liaise with various parties for projects and grants administration;
To provide general administrative and clerical support to the Supervisors, including but not limited to organise meetings, draft reports, papers, minutes, etc.;
To liaise and collaborate closely with Council members, strategic partners, applicants and grantees; and
To provide guidance and support to teammates.
Requirements:
University degree with at least 4 years of full-time working experience, preferably in the government, public, arts or cultural sectors;
Good verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills;
Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong collaboration skills; and
Relevant experience in grant-making will be an advantage.
Remuneration Package
The successful candidate will be appointed on an 18-month fixed-term contract. Renewal of contract will be subject to operational needs and staff performance. A competitive remuneration and benefits package will be offered, including a monthly salary of HK$34,075, annual leave, medical and dental insurance coverage.
