Job summary

Hong Kong Arts Development Council invites applications for an 18-month fixed-term role to assist supervisors in the grant scheme review, conduct research, and support planning and implementation. The role requires coordination with council members, partners, applicants and grantees, plus providing team guidance.

Candidates should hold a university degree with 4+ years of experience, strong English/Chinese communication, and solid analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• University degree with at least 4 years of full-time working experience, preferably in the government, public, arts or cultural sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in grant scheme review, including research, planning and implementation.
• Liaise with parties for projects and grants administration.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to Supervisors (meetings, reports, minutes, etc.).
• Liaise and collaborate with Council members, strategic partners, applicants and grantees.
• Provide guidance and support to teammates.
