Job summary

First Point Group in Hong Kong leads a regional Training & Customer Experience function across Asia Pacific. We are seeking an experienced Training & Customer Experience Manager to shape the strategy, elevate technical expertise, and drive customer engagement across APAC markets.

The role oversees a regional virtual training team, manages the external LMS, and collaborates with global teams to localize training content while building university and industry partnerships to expand reach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering product and application training in a B2B environment across Asia Pacific.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Multinational project coordination experience.
• Fluent English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional training strategy that drives customer success, partner capability, and brand leadership within the industry.
• Lead and coordinate a virtual APAC training team, ensuring the delivery of engaging, high-quality training programs across multiple markets.
• Own and enhance the external LMS, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly learning experience for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with global teams to create, localize, and continuously improve training content and learning materials.
• Partner with universities, industry associations, and training institutions to expand training reach and strengthen market presence.
• Support customer experience initiatives through hands-on demonstrations, learning programs, and customer engagement activities.
