Invesco Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Talent Partner to support learning and leadership development and enhance employee experience across APAC. You will collaborate with APAC HR Business Partners and the Global Talent team to deliver talent initiatives for assigned client groups and locations.

The role emphasizes talent solutions, data-driven insights, and a proactive approach to evolving the learning agenda within a complex, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across HR, business leaders and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable operating in a complex matrix organisation and aware of APAC cultural nuances.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cyclical Talent activities and support Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to execute People Plans and talent priorities.
• Support leaders in implementing talent solutions and feedback on Global Leadership Program.
• Consolidate local/regional feedback on Global Leadership resources and programs.
• Leverage AI tools to analyse talent and engagement data for insights.
• Stay informed on trends and AI-enabled learning solutions to evolve the learning agenda.
