Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Education, HVAC, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Training experience in product and application within a B2B environment in Asia Pacific.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a multinational environment.
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Very good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Team player with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, growth mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and drive AP training strategy and improvement programs for customers to promote and commission Belimo products.
• Oversee rollout and support of the training LMS for external users; customize features and coordinate administration.
• Collaborate with the global team to develop and localize courseware for easy access and use by customers.
• Work with Product Management to develop courseware specific to AP products and applications.
• Establish and manage an annual training schedule across the region; arrange ad hoc training; deliver online, offline, classroom, or hybrid formats.
• Collect trainer information and evaluate AP trainer performance; leverage virtual team for regional delivery and follow-up training.
• Utilize the Customer Experience Centre in training programs to provide hands-on experience.
• Identify and establish partnerships with external training providers to extend reach in the market.
